Tong-Il Moo-Do began in 1979 under Dr. Moon’s guidance in the USA, blending martial arts with spiritual values. It spread globally through key figures like Dr. Seuk, Kensaku Takahashi, and Michael Kellett, reaching Europe, the Soviet Union, and Southeast Asia. In the Philippines, Gerry Servito led major growth, expanding to Africa and South America. Notable efforts in Kenya and Argentina brought international attention.

In the 1990s and 2000s, global workshops and new forms deepened its philosophy, with events in Korea, Russia, and Kenya. In India, the Federation—led by Mr. Sudhir Malik and Mr. Satish Choudhary—continues to grow through training, competitions, and national outreach. Tong-Il Moo-Do remains a global force uniting martial arts and moral development.
